- Very Sound knowledge of all Marine Crew recruitment job which involves selection, interview and processing all documents for all seafarers as required by STCW-95 requirements for Ship’s Crew and various flag State rules (Indian/S’pore/Panama) regarding Crew Joining and their documentation/Repatriation including Various Customs and Immigration formalities related to Crew Change. Crew Change for Merchant Vessels and Offshore Supply Vessels.

- Good working knowledge of all kind of Commercial and Technical works carried out on Board Merchant Ship’s like, Crew Change, Correspondence regarding Charter Party, Cargo Loading/Discharging (B/L), Voyage and Time Charter formalities and documentation’s, Dry Docking and all other day to day works carried out on board ship.

• Good Knowledge of  ISM/SMS Rules and its implementation on board Ship’s. Also I have assisted  Many Master’s of our Company for carrying out ISM Internal and External Audits at various Indian and foreign Ports.

• Good knowledge of Various State Port Controls Rules/checks especially by AMSA/USCG and also good knowledge of Documentations and various Checks required by  Oil Major Inspection, like B.P, PETRONAS, CHEVRON, BHP, SHELL, TOTAL ACTIVITY .
